Hello there!


This post is about a Huawei RP100-S&RP200-S Room Presence codec failure


I have a problem with the codec for HUAWEI RP100-S&RP200-S Room Presence. It doesnt project anything and the camera is still turning. 


I have already restarted it by pressing the lower button and it doest'n work. How can I restore the camera to its defaults?


I will aprecciate your help!

Hello!


According to my understanding, you want to restore the camera to the factory setting, right?


If so, there is a 'mode' button on the camera. When the camera is powered on, press the button for 10s to restore the camera to its factory settings.
