Today I would like to share some causes of the RF module runtime topology error alarm and how to deal with it.
Often times the site engineer will have to disconnect the fiber cables or electrical cable connection of CPRI port or swap them with another cell for testing, And he did this while the RF unit was running,
As a result, RF module runtime topology error alarm appears
How to handle the alarm
1- From Location info You can determine the cell that issues the alarm.
2- Use RST BRDPWROFF command to rest the cell that that issues the alarm, By entering a cabinet No and
Subrack No and Slot No
3- In a little while, the alarm will go away
