Huawei questions about google apps.

Although Huawei smartphones no longer support Google services, there is a way for users to install Google apps such as Google Maps and Playstore.

Question:

#1 - Would I still be unable to install.APK files if I had previously installed the Play Store?

#2 - When I play games, a message from Google Play Services appears, welcome me to the app. When I install Google Services on my Huawei smartphone, will that feature be restored? #3 - Since I have the Google Playstore, would the Google applications update automatically?

#4 - Will it work like any other Android phone or web, if I install the Google applications like maps, services, and Google? alternatively, if not, what are the drawbacks or disadvantages?

What are the limitations of installed Google applications vs. those with Google built-in on other devices?

TLDR: What is the difference between using an Android phone with pre-installed Google applications and an Android phone with Google support? Will the installed one have limits or will it operate the same as the ones with pre-installed Google apps and Google support?
