Huawei Q2 pro router

hi all,

Need help, Recently have had fix a Huawei Q2 pro and finds out 2 things:

            1. Speed is very good

            2. Hypptv (Malaysia TM) not working at all, as the tm support team cant finds a solution which Q2 pro got only 2 LAN port and 1                         WLAN port as they are not familiar with this product.


Can Huawei support team help me otherwise if still cannot, possible to fix a 3rd parties TV box, or someone can recommend me brands or models.

Thank you for your concern, I have tried when I try go to distributors no one can answer me. Yet they try to push this matter asking who am I buy it from and there should they need to feedback. I am really feeling frustrated as they are not helping and trying to push the fault to else where or someone. Local Unifi provider saying that it is not their fault as we as a user not consulting with. Unifi if it is OK to use Huawei Q2 pro.

I have recently bought Huawei Q2 pro 3 Pack routers.

1. Can we set custom names for Q2 pro satellite units
2. Is there a way to schedule automatic reboot of all units.
