Huawei P30 Pro Internal Storage Issue

Hi guys,

Wondering if someone can shed some light on my internal storage issue.

Just bought the P30 Pro yesterday and I (supposedly!) have 128gb internal storage. However, it's showing that my memory is full on the cleanup setting (and there's an almost constant notification that pops up on the lower screen directing me to delete storage as its almost full!) but I only have about 4gb of data on the phone!

I've cleared the cache of every app and deleted loads of apps but nothing really changes! I feel like I have no other option but to return the phone as I can't find a fix anywhere online.

Anyone know what to do?! Help!
