Huawei mate lite 20 closes applications directly after starting them

Hi all,


Since yesterday my mate lite 20 and the one of my daughter are experiencing problems with a range of applications on our huawei mate 20 lite; applications you start are closed after a few seconds or once you click to proceed. For example my mail application closed directly, or in settings when I want to click on my account details at the top, it closes the setting directly...


Strange that both my daughter and I are having the same issues.


Please advice, it is definitely appreciated.
