I would like to know where I can get the latest firmware for LTE CPE B2368-66? My current version is V100R001C00SPC195.

As far as I know, your current firmware version is an older version. The latest firmware version is B2368-66 V100R001C00SPC223.

The equipment serial number/Contract number you provided cannot be found in the system. Could you please check if the information provided is correct or not?
