User facing issue not able to continue to login page after installing the IVS Client package

Handling Process
1) Open Internet Explorer, choose Tools > Internet Options.> Connections> LAN settings > Bypass proxy server for local addresses > Advanced.
2) Key in the details of OMU portal in the Exceptions > OK
Root Cause
The server ip address is not correctly inserted
Suggestions
- Check and confirmed again the server ip addrress in the page and continue
