I don't understand what you mean. Do you use an AP to establish a wireless connection between the NCE server and client? If yes, the NCE server supports the login mode on the web page, and the alarm is irrelevant to whether you log in to NCE.
If the communication between the devices managed by NCE is interrupted for a short period of time (within a few seconds), this cannot be detected.
This alarm is generated when the communication between devices managed by NCE is interrupted for a long time. If no alarm is found, confirm that no alarm masking is performed. Synchronize alarms.

Hi Mr. @liqiang185, sorry in Fact, we are trying to deploy one new Wireless network using the iMaster NCE, and the 6760 and 5760-51 APs. In our first days, we are facing lots of problems with wifi instability. I realize that my computer and some others when connected to this wifi network, every minute have changed our radio channels and bandwidth from 2.5G to 5G, even when we stay in the same place. could you please help me to identify how to start this troubleshooting?
