i hope you all are OK, i'd like to share with you below info. about the New Hybrid Cabinet and this cabinets used to control generator and decrease fuel consumption and save batteries life time.

PC1000 - ICC330
• Battery Branch > 2 ×250 A Fuse
• LLVD Branch 2 ×80 A MCB, 2 ×63A MCB (LLVD1)
• BLVD Branch 1 ×63 A MCB, 4 ×32 A MCB, 2 ×16 A MCB (LLVD2)
• AC input (4*25mm) connected to AC panel
• Commissioning switch on auto mode (the system is under automatic control)
• Rectifiers Group ( 7 PSU with power 3000 W for each one and
• Diesel Generator battery charger with output 12.5 – 14.2 V connected to DG battery
installed in slot 8
• Cabinet dimensions ( 1600 mm x 650 mm x 820 mm)

• GIM board is interference card for:
DG hybrid signal (DG1 port NC and COM (2)
AI 1 to detect the fuel level (6)
• SMU board is monitoring power system and we can use:
Local area connection port (system management)connected to ENEC(1)
CAN port connected to COM_IN of last LI battery (2)
• UIM Board is alarms interface and we can use :
COM port to monitor battery cabinet air condition (1)
DIN1 port for battery cabinet door alarm
BAT TEMP port for battery cabinet temperature
TEM-HUM for temperature and humidity for ICC (REC cabinet)
TEMP 1 for temperature for ICC (REC cabinet)
Gate for temperature for ICC (REC cabinet)
AlM1 to ALM8 will be connected to EMU as per operator specs
