HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

I'm not able to open router's login web page anymore, constantly getting "This site can’t be reached 192.168.1.1 took too long to respond.". Haven't done any changes at all, just obesrved that one day when I tried to log in. Otherwise, the router is working fine.

Unpluging the power cord did not help. Is it possible ISP somehow blocked the access to the router from my side (is it possible for them to do such thing at all)?

Hello, the following two links are very useful to you:

In addition, you can also restore the factory settings (use the reply pin to press the REST button for 5 to 10 seconds), and then try to log in again.

If you still can't log in, either the device port is broken or the ISP is restricted.

Clarified with my ISP, they've blocked the access to Admin web panel of the router.
Is it possible to access it by connecting through optical port where ISP connects (with media converter Fiber Optic switch to RJ45 for example)? Or ISP does not use Admin Panel web interface at all and change the settings by other means?

ISP usually manages with U2000 network management system.
