There are two ways to manage and configure the HG8546M.

One is configured locally through a computer or mobile terminal, using an administrator password.

The other is a network operator remote configuration, no password is required. But they provide you with network services. Without the ability to view your private information, you can rest assured.

Therefore, you only need to change the local management password and wireless password.

To prevent other people, such as your device provider or your neighbors from accessing your network, the solution is to not install WIFI sharing software on your access terminal. For example, the modification of access control is fixed by the providers before they give it to you.
