Good day!
A: No / yes.
First of all, Huawei's R5 version does not support docking Cinder in the interface.
Although Huawei OpenStack is a commercial version, it still maintains the openness of the community version. It does not modify the backbone part of the community version, and can be learned from the Glance architecture.
All the corresponding Driver and access capabilities can also be used as backend storage by Cinder. Even if there is no interface, if you want to implement it, you can do it by configuring it in the bottom layer.
However, it is not recommended to be implemented in the production environment - the commercial version is not recommended and stability cannot be guaranteed.
