Huawei FP2255 only supports CDMA2000 1X 800Mhz network standard. The device uses a UIM card. The device may not recognize the SIM card. Maybe you can use a SIM card that supports CDMA20001X.

Huawei FP2255 supports all CDMA modem types. Therefore, you need to determine the modem types used by local carriers and then install the sims of the carries into Huawei FP2255.
