I need a support from community to automatically enable hotspot connection in huawei EV 751 . I had installed a 3rd party application to complete above task. But sometimes services are disable in that application . So need a support to crate a service in android system

As far as I know, the system used by the EV751 device is not an Android system, so it is normal that it cannot support Android applications. You may have checked the EV751 user guide.

Hi friend!

Enabling/Disabling Verification on Third-Party Software:
Administrators enable or disable verification on third-party software using the eUDC660. On the EV751, verification on third-party software is disabled by default.
- After verification on third-party software is disabled, the UE does not have to check whether the third-party software to be installed is in the whitelist.
- After verification on third-party software is enabled, the UE must send the signature of the third-party software to be installed to the eUDC660 for verification. Only software in the third-party software list can be installed.

Hi user u can try:

After data services on public networks are disabled, data services carried over public networks function are unavailable on the UE.
After data services on public networks are enabled, users can turn on or off data services on public networks by choosing Settings > More > Mobile network > Public network.

I’m already installed and it’s working. Ev 751 include android 6.0 and its not with peo android its with eumi interface. But the relevant app some times not responding to system and hotspot connection not start automatically

In this device i’m not using public sims. We are using truck mode and we have our own cooperate LTE network to use this one

The wifi hotspot can only be turned on or off manually if a third-party APP is used to control it. This is related to the compatibility of the APP and Android systems.
