Users are not able to start the Huawei IP phone.

Handling process
1. Rebooted the phone.
2. Checked the cable.
3. Replaced the cable with other cable.
4. Replaced the POE cable.
5. Tried to use only the adapter.
6. Hard reset the device.
Root cause
It may be due to faulty hardware.
Suggestions
Advised the customer to proceed with the RMA process to replace the faulty hardware.
