Issue description
Users are having issues with the eSpace 8950 and have to re-login after few seconds.

Handling process
1. Rebooted the IP Phone.
2. Checked the network connection.
3. Checked whether the server is providing the correct information to the IP phone.
4. Checked whether the issue is happen to 1 IP Phone or involve many device.
5. Checked the firmware version of eSpace 8950.
Root cause
It may due to the firmware version of the device.
Suggestions
Check the latest firmware version of eSpace 8950.
