First, due to security control, we cannot provide the administrator account and password of the ONT (HG8310M). To obtain the administrator account and password, contact the ISP or local device provider.
The administrator account and password of an ONT (HG8310M) need to be changed through the VAS profile on the NMS. The administrator account and password cannot be changed on the device side.
1. Default password of logging to the web management interface.
You can obtain the default username and password on the product nameplate, as the following figure shows.

If you cannot log in to the WebUI using the account and password on the nameplate, the following situations may occur:
1. The default password for this device has been changed.
In this case, you need to:
a. Reset the device
b. Contact the device provider to obtain the device administrator account and password to log in to the device WebUI.
2. The device is customized by the ISP. In this case, contact the ISP to obtain the corresponding solution.
3. The device password varies by region. Contact the local device provider and service agent.
