Huawei ONT is used with an OLT and NMS of a required version. The version must match the model. If the version is incorrect, the cannot be used. Therefore, you are advised to confirm the requirements with the supplier or local carrier to obtain the firmware and upgrade or downgrade the firmware under the guidance of professional personnel. Otherwise, the fault cannot be rectified. Exercise caution when performing this operation.

Please note: ONT's firmware or software will not be allowed to be downloaded randomly on the website, because it will increase the risk of the product being attacked by the network and cause the user's network environment to be insecure.
