Huawei e8372h-820 USB GSM modem - Can not log in to management web

I recently got this new, Huawei e8373-820 USB 4G modem.  I’m having trouble getting it set up.  I’m attaching it to my Dell Laptop.  The unit installs and connects.  The default web page opens asking for the pin code which I supply and it accepts.  It then asks for the "Device Password" see attached jpg file.  From the label inside the case, I found this info:

IP;192.168.8.1
WebPwd:
0rA95Ngy
SSID: HUAWEI_7873
Key:HNG7HH0E
CMiit ID: 2020CP3614

I’ve tried the above WebPwd (0rA95Ngy) and also OrA95Ngy, but both are rejected.  I also tried admin without success.

 

I can connect via WiFi to the SSID HUAWEI_7873 using the above key without issues.  I seem to have internet, but when I try to go to the administrative page it again asks for the "Device Password".

Generally, the login password is the password on the label. If you cannot log in, you are advised to restore the default password to factory settings and try again.


If you are still unable to log in, contact your device provider to confirm whether the device is a special custom device and obtain the correct one, or request a replacement device.
