Huawei e5186s-22a restarting every time problem

hi friends
I have a new rauter huawei e5186s-22a when i unbox and try to turn on it its still restarting every 1 minute ~ ...
I tried to upgrade it but thats not help me ....
Can you help me please !?

1. Whether the adapter you use is standard, it may be caused by insufficient power supply of the adapter.
2. Please experiment and turn on without inserting the card to see if it is normal in this case

In the first use it was still reboot and i try to upgrade it without help ...i try again to upgrade it but now its suspend on power wifi lamp
