Huawei E5172As-22 possible problems, slow/dim lights

I have a E5172As-22 I got used and think there is something wrong with it.


Firstly the lights are very dim.  The LAN light is a bit better but the others are almost invisible.


Also when login in and going between pages it takes around 28 seconds when I log in or click on a section to get to the page, is this normal?

The second problem is that it takes 28 seconds to log in to or switch to the device web page. You can clear the cache and check whether the fault persists.
