Huawei Compatibility with Polycom

If I am using TE30,or TE40 at one siteA with static Public IP's configured and using Polycom or Cisco VC terminal on other siteB with public IP's configured. Can I able to connect Huawei with Polycom or Cisco. What will be the procedure for it.

What is the TE version you are using and please confirm whole solution you need or you have and confirm who give you this solution i mean huawei or partner or which side
