You can log in using a Huawei account and associate it with your certificate. A message will be displayed, indicating that you can unbind your old account and bind it to a new account: https://e.huawei.com/cn/talent/#/personal/mycert.

If you still cannot make this association, please provide the new account alongside the old one, contact email addresses, name and phone number in an email and then send it to certification@huawei.com.
