Hi dear,

This may be an issue of the configuration about camera.

Firstly, you need to login the IP CAMERA, enter the Settings page, click the Network Configuration—Network Parameter to check whether the configuration is correct.

Note especially that the gateway must be configured.

Next, Disable the LTE functions of the camera if it supports the LTE functions.
