Huawei BTS3900 login failed, UMPT

Hello dear
Please act as below to could define the problem
1-check your quality of cables
2-Put your laptop IP to be 17.21.2.17
3-connect your lap to UMPT and be sure that network status is connected
4-run MMC and run Ping 17.21.2.15 if reply then it's OK go to step 5 , if not reply go to step 9
5-Be sure that the java plugin is installed on your lap
6-Run LMT with IE 7 or 8
7-If same error message appear again then reset your browser and try again
8-If still then replace UMPT as it will be a problem in a USB port

9-put laptop IP to 192.168.0.50
10-run MMC and run Ping 192.168,0.49 if reply then to step 5

The network is ok, the ping for 17.21.2.15 is running.
