What are the steps of 1 BTS site shifting from BSC to another BSC after installation and link budget configration of the site?

Is the site you need to relocate a 2G base station? Is it an IP base station?

You can use the Fault Management Assistance (FMA) tool to open the BSC MML configuration, enter "Parameter Export", click "Create Move BTS Script". In the pop-up dialog box, select the site to be relocated and the destination interface board. You can tick "Synchronously generate rollback script" and click "Generate". Then execute the new script at the new site to complete the site migration.

Its 2G&3G....and yes it IP base(i mean from this site the link is finaly onto the ATN )

i have permission but the software is not in there. only U2000 FMA release note is available. software file is not available.
