Huawei B890-66 4G Router Slow Speed

We got the Huawei B890 4G Router testing in Canada, we can only get speed at DL 0.98mbps and UL 0.04Mbps. However, we have the Huawei B882 router working at same condition, and we got DL 19Mbps and UL 2.2Mbps. Do you know what's the problem? How to solve this problem?


Please help me. thank you.
