Huawei B818-263 can't stream Netflix

I bought the Huawei B818-263, using a Vodafone-GR sim the speed is over 100 Mbps download and over 20 upload but when I'm trying to stream Netflix the speed is 3.6 Mbps so I can't stream even 720p and the picture is horrible. The problem occurs both in LAN and WLAN I changed the sim with a COSMOTE-GR sim and everything works fine.
Can you please help me?

According to the problem description, the problem was rectified after the SIM card was replaced. It was suspected that the problem was caused by the poor network connection of the SIM card.
