I emailed already consumer support and they said i had to contact enterpeise support.
May i have a direct link to consumer where can i get tje support i needed. Thanks

Please take note that the device is not from the ISP.

This model is for consumers only and does not exist on enterprise networks.
Why does Consumer Support require you to contact Enterprise Network Support? If you confirm that because your device has firmware requirements, Consumer Support says you must contact Enterprise Network Support, you can call the Consumer Hotline to complain, and if there is a problem with your device, we can try to fix it.

Thanks for ypur response. This is odd. Why it is very hard for us consumer to get tje firmware we need. I may bought a wrong product which you have to go to the whole of a needle just to get a firmware. This is sad.

The device firmware involves network security. If the device firmware is placed on the public network, the user network will be violated. This is not an individual action of the manufacturer. Instead, the network device stipulates that if the user needs the device firmware, the user can only obtain the device firmware through a formal channel. However, obtaining the device firmware is not difficult. You're just looking for the wrong way.
