Huawei B535-932 LTE doesn’t connect band 28 (700MHz)

We have a Huawei B535-932 LTE Router from STC.
In our working area Cell broadcast band is only 700MHz APC (FDD Band 28) but our router doesn’t connect with this network.
May we get any solution for this issue please?
