Huawei B525 not broadcasting 2.4ghz - though 5ghz fine.

Hi Guys 

 

I have a issue with my Huawei B525 not broadcasting 2.4ghz - though 5ghz fine. 

steps that i have done to try an fix it 

reseted to default

renamed the SSID 

disabiled the 5ghz and only have the 2.4ghz. 

 

Please can you assist me?
