Huawei AX3 Pro, HUAWEI WiFi AX3 port forwarding not work or work randomly

Hi, friend!


I have bought HUAWEI WiFi AX3 router and have experienced much issues,

I never see anything less user friedly like this router web admin,

router is quick and works great, but web admin and routing is horrible and if I not solve routing then I must return it,

what going on:

- when need to setup port forward, I can't enter IP manually, but must select from device list (where some devices missing)

- after restart mac addresses has different IP randomly

- I have some devices 2 for example, if after reboot mac has correct IP, then it's forward works, but another one has bad ip and not work

- after restart, it's changed, sometimes after few restarts i have corrent forwarding until next restart


- and why for god i can't paste passwords from clipboard, when I try to disable scripts web admin not works at all, horrble idea


is there any other interface, less restrictive and more professional/manual?

1. Only devices can be selected for port mapping, but IP addresses cannot be entered. This is because devices are managed and identified by MAC addresses instead of IP addresses.


2. Some devices cannot be found in the device list of port mapping. This question requires you to tell us whether the AX3 is dual-core or quad-core and the software version.


3. After the device is restarted, different IP addresses are allocated. This problem can be reproduced and verified.


4. After the restart, the IP address changes, causing the port mapping to become invalid. This problem is not caused by IP address changes. As described in 1, port mapping forwarding is implemented based on MAC addresses. Even if IP addresses are changed, forwarding is not affected.


5. Passwords cannot be copied from the pasteboard. Currently, passwords set on the router cannot be copied to other places. This is a security requirement.

I have the same problem. Just bought Huawei AX3 router and unfortunately torrenting is not working. With old router everything works fine but with AX3 ports are closed and i'm unable to open them through router settings. Port mapping just doesn't work. Tried to disable router firewall, not helping. The problem is just in router because if i switch back to 10 years old router everything works fine.


No, looks like it has something to do with windows firewall. But i can't understand why firewall acts differently with 2 routers.

I just ordered two ax3 pro units to have a mesh wifi.
The port forwarding is not working. Can't have Nat 3 with PS4 Network
What to do ???
We need a solution Huawei.
