Got it

Huawei AR169F Interface Ethernet0/0/0 has turned into DOWN state.

On the AR169F we frequently see the Ethernet 0/0/0 turning into down state:

%IFPDT/4/IF_STATE(l)[340]:Interface Ethernet0/0/0 has turned into DOWN state.

This is the VDSL2 interface on the router, below the configuration:

interface Ethernet0/0/0
interface Ethernet0/0/0.6
 pppoe-client dial-bundle-number 1 ppp-max-payload 1508
 dot1q termination vid 6

shutdown / undo shutdown doesn't help to get the interface up again, the only thing that works is a reboot of the router

Does anyone also have this problem ?

what is the working mode of the line, ATM or PTM.

By default AR work in PTM mode, and if the DSLAM work in ATM mode, the interface could stay down.
Try to change the working mode to atm, check below:

<Huawei> system-view
[Huawei] sysname Router
[Router] set workmode slot 1 vdsl atm
Warning: Changing the working mode will reset the board in slot 1. Continue? [y/
INFO: Resetting board[1] succeeded.

Also, you need to confirm what are the DSL parameters set on DSLAM side. Please check the attached list to find the supported configurations.

The parameters must match on AR side too, please refer to below link to find how to set up specific DSL parameters.
