I have selected English language too in redbox but it opened Chinese portal. Even tried to reset the device & reconfigured but no luck!!

I think it might be the bug which cause the issue in captive portal.

I confirmed that web GUI can change according to your IE.

Could you tell me if your OS is english version and your IE is also english version?

And I forward your question to R&D that you have choose english but opened chinese portal.

OS & IE browser is in english version even though it opened in chinese portal.

I have reset the device but no luck.
