Huawei APs won't power on after Switch Reboot

we have Huawei S5735 POE+ switches. But if a POE switch is rebooted, any APs on it won't power ON. We have to remove the power cable and insert it back again to make it work again. What can cause this issue?

Switch supports POE+, there can following options:
1. Please verify total power supply resources and see if APs are drawing more than that.
2. check Physical media
3. Check if ports are configured to send POE+ automatically.

can you please share complete switch model and AP's model. Also confirm how many APs are on this switch?

it is S5735-S24P4X and APs are 5760. There are 18 APs on this switch.
