HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)
Dear All,

I just upgrade from Huawei B618s-22 to Huawei 5G CPE Pro 2. My Firmware is 10.0.3.5(H520SP1C00) and it says, that there is no newer Version available.
I connect only 8 Devices via Wifi. However the wifi connection on devices drops randomly, while devices still display to be connected to wifi. Its strange it shows the device is connected but I can't reach the internet or even admin Panel (192.168.8.1). Most of the time a MacBook is still connected to wifi and is able to reach internet and the admin panel. I've never seen this issue with my old router (and same devices) before.
What it be better to connect everything to 5gh Wifi or distribute evenly?
Am I using the most recent software?
What else can i do to make my wifi stable again?

Devices connected:
Thinkpad T470 (dropping sometimes)
MacBook 12" (stable most of time)
iPhone XS (dropping sometimes)
Apple watch (Connection to 2.4gh possible in rare cases)
TCL Television (Connects to 2.4 ghz network but no longer possible to view internet)
TPL Range Extender (not used for wifi, Hue Bridge connected via lan)
Eve Connector

iPad Air

Have a good day everyone!

Hi, friend!

We do apologize for the inconveniences that you are encountering recently. May we know does this issue only happened recently or it's been like this from the start. However, kindly check if the data usage limit has been set and you may adjust it:

1. Connect your computer to the router's Wi-Fi network (or connect the computer to the router's LAN port using an Ethernet cable). Open your Internet browser. Enter 192.168.8.1 in your browser address bar and log in to your router's web-based management page.

2. Choose Tools > Statistics and click.

3. Set the data usage limit and click Save.

Thanks!
