Hi,

I need to open port 44158 but I don't have any settings on the router to open ports. Has anyone managed to open ports on HUAWEI 5G CPE Pro 2 H122-373?

Please advice

Hello, friend!

I don't understand what you mean by "open". Generally, ports on a device are enabled by default.

I understand this question in two ways:

No service is available on the device port.

You can log in to the WebUI of the device, map the port with services to port 44158 of the device through port mapping, and then implement service mapping.

The device port is disabled.

If the device is disabled, the device may be disabled due to the ISP customized version. In this case, contact the local ISP for a solution.

Thanks!

Hello,

Our community is mainly for enterprise devices, Huawei 5G CPE Pro 2 H122-373 is a consumer device.

After confirmation, the device version does not support this function. If you need this function, the personal devices technical support advises you to contact Huawei local personal devices office to submit the requirement. If you can't reach someone at your local office, you can call the personal devices Hotline.

You can get the regional hotline number via https://consumer.huawei.com/en/support/hotline.
