Huawei 100kW and 33kW 3-pin or 4-pin ac connection

We are planning to install Huawei 100kW and 33kW inverters. We checked the Huawei 100kW and 33kW inverters installation manuals and it mentions that the ac connection can be 3-pin or 4-pin (L1-L2-L3  or  L1-L2-L3-N). Can we select to buy one or the other? How should we select if we should use the 3-pin or 4-pin models?

It depends on your grid. You can connect to any power grid supported by the inverter. It doesn't make any difference.

What is best connection solution for inverters when there is TN-C from AC grid side? Should be PEN wire connected to N or PE? Is there any difference?

same .but The shell of the inverter must belong to grounded (PE).

NO！N only belong to N,The shell of the inverter must belong to grounded (PE).
