When I try to enable the HTTP server on the S5700 to access the S5700 by the browser , the error message:

Info: The operation will load the default web file. Please wait for a moment
Error: Failed to synchronize web file to other main boards.

The procedure I'm doing :

[HUAWEI]http server load S5700EI-Full-V200R005C00.002.web.7z

Info: The loading process may take a few seconds. Please wait for a moment
Error: Failed to synchronize web file to other main boards.

What can it be?

you should first upload the web file, you can download this file in support website

I downloaded the file and copied to the switche . When you type the command:

[ HUAWEI ] http server load S5700EI -Full - V200R005C00.002.web.7z

The error message appears:

Info: The loading process may take a few seconds . Please wait for a moment
Error : Failed to synchronize web files to other main boards.

I have two switches s5700EI stacked.
