HS8145C Internet problem in pc

i have HS8145C router. i cannot access internet through computer but there is no problem in mobile phone.

help me someone.

Hello friend!


You can connect to the HS8145C from a PC. Log in to the HS8145C WebUI based on the information on the nameplate of the HS8145C.


In the navigation tree, choose Status > User Information. In the navigation tree on the left, choose Ethernet Interface Information. On this page, you can query the information about the user-side Ethernet interface.


Check whether the network port is working and whether data bytes and frames are transmitted in the receive and transmit directions.


If the network port does not transmit data, the port is not enabled. You may contact your ISP to configure and maintain the device.
