issue:
as below topo ,EX-1 down ,cannot switchover to EX-2
handling progress:
check both FW configurations is correct .
then check uplink device and downlink device .
find no route to EX-2 .
root cause :
no route to EX-2, so when EX-1 down ,traffic cannot go to EX-2.
solution :
add route to EX-2 and add NQA on AR.
