Hello,

After an SD card is installed, you can run the display sd-card information command to view SD card installation information. If the file system fails to be mounted (the status is Unmounted), the SD card format might not be ext4. In such cases, run the reset sd-card command to format the SD card and then check the file system mounting status. The SD card is available only when its status is Mounted.

Example

# Display SD card information, such as whether an SD card is available, available space of the SD card, and file system mounting status.

My sd card is new & mounted.
The problem is how to out logs to sd-card.

Hi,

After the SD card is installed, some system/service logs are automatically saved to the SD card by default.

Fefer to: Storing, Sending, and Viewing Logs.

The log file storage path cannot be changed on firewalls except the USG9500.
