I have a question.
I am trying to connect and access a USB storage device via FTP using my Huawei ONT but I can't make it work. Here is a screenshot of my configuration page, please help me figure it out. Thank you!

Hi, I still can't make it work. I already tried different USB drives to no avail. It's weird because I am able to see the drive contents when I change the directory at the account settings on the home page. Do I have to change any other setting? Thank you!

Hello, friend! You can refer to the following configuration: 1. Enter the web page.
2. Set FTP server parameters.
3. Set the Device access control with lan or wan.
4. You can now access the USB through LAN or WAN.

@Chenxintao I was able to set the device access control but I don't have the USB Application setting (I'm already using the admin user). Please see the screenshot below.

Yes, the EG8247H5 web page does not have this tab. You may have to configure the EG8247H5 through the USB port on the home page. I need some time to learn about the USB configuration features of this device, and maybe I'll get back to you tomorrow.

Yes, I have already enabled printer and storage sharing and created an account on the home page as you can see on the screenshot in my original post. Thank you so much for your help!
