I want to upgrade 2288H V5 OS to ESXi6.7U3.

Please help me.

Dear Lucas,

According to the compatible list, the server is compatible with 6.7U3 but drivers should be downloaded from the Vmware website.

You can upgrade to Vmware 6.7U3.
