I have two Oceanstor 5500 v3, I want to upgrade them, someone can help me?

For your problem , upgrade storage from V300R003C10SPC100 to the latest version which is V300R006C20 .
Pls refer the upgrade guide document as bellow link : https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/doc/EDOC1100019264?idPath=7919749|7941815|21430818|21462748|21122039
By the way , pls install the latest hot patch which is V300R006C20SPH008 .

For storage upgrade, you need to raise a ticket to your TAC and the front-line will assist you to create an RFC to evaluate the risks and process of the upgrade since it is a risky process. After evaluation, the front line and engineer will help you to perform the upgrade.
