How to upgrade eSight?
Recently I received some emails ask me supporting making eSight upgrade, so I made this post to introduce how to upgrade eSight.
1. Before start to upgrade, we need to know the upgrade patch.
How to check it?
Download the target version upgrade guide, and check the version requirement.
2. How to find the correct software and upgrade guide?
Before version V300R009, eSight includes two models, eSight and eSight network, after V300R010, these two models are combined to eSight. And eSight supports single-node and HA, and also support installed on SUSE and Euler OS, so there are some many scenarios and software.
This below table will introduce eSight V300R010.

Notes: OMMHA means HA secenario, aarch64 means Taishan server.
For the patch installation, if you do not know whether need to upgrade the OS patch, you can check the upgrade guide “Obtaining patch file”, if the OS patch is mandatory, it means that you need to upgrade OS patch also.
