Thanks, but the main problem is that we already installed 200 and 209 patch and after reboot of camera - it doesnt change (still 101 version). We also try to instal 100 version, but no change also. Maybe we sould instal source version (V500R019C00) ? Or reboot camera to default settings? |

this is exactly the method I follow by updating my cameras. @user_3435359 click on the links of hike to download IPCTool and the firmware (in your case I will update in SPC200 before the SCP209). Then follows this procedure :  tell us if it worked please
