This is a report of how a problem with ICMP on the NE 8000 M8 Router was solved. From the router it is possible to ping the client, but the client cannot ping the router. I identified that ICMP fast response was enabled, it is necessary to disable it with the command undo icmp-reply fast, that will be possible for the client to ping the router.
