How to Troubleshoot Air Conditioners Blowing Moist Air or Condensation of IDS500

Symptom
Air conditioners blow moist air or condensation.
Possible Cause
The humidity inside the equipment room is high.
The condensate drip pan is blocked.
The humidifier does not work properly.
The temperature and humidity settings are low.
Procedure
Step 1 Check whether humidity inside the equipment room is within the normal range.

Step 2 Check whether the condensate drip pan is blocked.
If yes, clean it and check whether the fault persists.
− If the fault is rectified, no further action is required.
− If the fault persists, go to Step 3.
If no, go to Step 3.
Step 3 Check the operating status of the humidifier. If the humidifier does not work properly, contact
Huawei technical support.
